CreakyJoints is “an arthritis advocacy group, social network Web site and non-profit foundation.” CreakyJoints was created to focus on the positives, to shine an optimistic light on reality as an arthritis patient and to collectively "bring arthritis to its knees." It's the only place you need to go when you would like to know more about certain conditions or treatments based on what other people are saying, and not some expert who went to medical school to speak another language. Real people who voice real concerns.  

 

American Autoimmune Related Diseases Association (AARDA)

AARDA is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit health agency dedicated to addressing the problem of autoimmunity, the major cause of chronic disease. The need to bring a national focus to autoimmunity as the common factor in all autoimmune diseases is vital in order to bring a collaborative effort to research, funding, early detection, and eventually, prevention and cure for all autoimmune diseases.

Coalition of State Rheumatology Organizations

The Coalition of State Rheumatology Organizations is a group of state or regional professional rheumatology societies formed in order to advocate for excellence in rheumatologic disease care and to ensure access to the highest quality care for the management of rheumatologic and musculoskeletal diseases.

 

Clinton Foundation

Clinton Foundation focuses on worldwide issues that demand urgent action, solutions, and measurable results -- global climate change, HIV/AIDS in the developing world, childhood obesity and economic opportunity in the United States, and economic development in Africa and Latin America. After he left the White House, President Clinton wanted the Clinton Foundation to focus on the areas where he could make the most difference as a private citizen.
